I, the undersigned do not support the early-August school start

date in Alabama. I think we should have a uniform school start date

and that student instruction should begin no earlier than August 21

-- giving our students ample time to complete the first semester

before the Winter Break.

Signatures on the on-line petition will not be visible via the internet. A "master list" will be maintained by Save Alabama Summers and will not be made available to the general public.
